Version 18 of the CREE+ channel is not just an update; it's a game-changer. We've listened to feedback from educators, students, and parents and worked tirelessly to provide them with resources that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. From interactive tools for teachers to engaging materials for students, Version 18 has something for everyone.
New Resources Added
In this latest version, we have introduced an impressive array of 495 new resources dedicated to various aspects of learning the Spanish language. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, there's something here for everyone.
Almost all the material added in Version 18 of the CREE+ channel was provided by the From Readers to Leaders program which is an initiative financed by USAID, aimed at promoting literacy and education in Honduras.

For Teachers and Parents:
- A guide on how to use the books: Spanish Leveling Learning Guide - GANE
- Comprehensive guides on utilizing the "Leo y Escribo" (I Read and Write) books, along with suggested techniques for both classroom and extracurricular activities.
- Manuals or guides focused on enhancing literacy teaching practices and creating effective reading spaces, primarily aimed at parents and teachers.
- Teaching manual: Strengthening literacy teaching practices for grades 1-6
- Community participation manual: We read in Community
- School manual for parents: Reading together we succeed
- Community volunteering manual: I am a reader and storyteller
- TES Manual: I Help You Read
- Guide for the organization and operation of school coexistence committees in schools in Honduras
- Manual for the Safe Learning Environments Assessment Tool
For Students:
- 44 Decodable books (focused on phonics, reading, and spelling for beginners)
- 5 Spanish Leveling Learning Guides - GANE (comprising five comprehensive books designed to help students achieve the appropriate level of reading and reading comprehension; students take a baseline test, and based on the results, teachers assign the corresponding GANE book, covering from basic to advanced level)
- A complete set of books for teaching Spanish titled "Leo y Escribo" (I Read and Write) for students in first through sixth grades.
- Reading comprehension exercises.
