There are days when the effort of many becomes the miracle of others. This past Sunday, August 2, 2026, in the community of Nueva Esperanza (La Esperanza, Intibucá), we witnessed how the joining of forces transforms realities.
At Shoulder to Shoulder for the Children, we don’t just deliver technology; we hand over the keys to the future for 51 lower secondary students from CEB Ramón Villeda Morales.
What tools sparked their dreams?

- 3 Laptop computers.
- 3 Routers for local connectivity.
Through the Kolibri educational platform, geographic isolation is no longer a barrier. Now, students and teachers have a universe of knowledge without limits.
A community on the move:
This milestone reflects a joint effort. We were honored to have the presence of the Vice Minister of Education, along with departmental and local authorities, the PTA, civil society, neighbors, teachers, and students from different schools.
In addition, we reaffirmed our commitment to the future of the region through a strategic agreement with the mayor of La Esperanza, Dr. Miguel Antonio Fajardo, ensuring the optimal and sustainable use of these technological tools in schools.
